 well, i am not that poetic but all i can say about stress is "when your mind is thinking lots of things without your permission, angry and sad for no reason"  that meant for stress.

stress is a natural physical and mental reaction to life expericers. Everyone express stress including you and me from time to time.

Anything from everyday responsibilities like work and family to serious life events such as a new diagnosis,war,or the death of a loved one can tigger stress. mmm......its not only comes  up for a very serious reason but even the dandruff on your head can easily make you feel stress, sounds silly but true.

what stress can do??????

Stress can affect your life severely and in many different ways, like stress can affect your physical and mental health. 

while if  you think that stress is something psychological, you are wrong. it has large influence on your body. First of all ,stress frequently leads to muscle tension. which leads to the annoying pains as well as headaches.

Besides the influence on the body, stress can also have an impact on your mind, like worrying. Worrying is a sped-up version of thinking in circles,where you keep getting stuck on the same subject without finding a solution. If this keeps up for a long time, this can introduce depression and burnout.







what do you have to do??????

 Identify whats causing stress,monitor your state of mind throughout the day.If you feel stressed, write down the cause, your thoughts and your mood. Once you know what's bothering you,develop a plan for addressing it.

Build strong relationships with your loved ones, Walk away when you are angry - don't be bother about others mistakes, Do meditation, Dance, Yoga. Then you can get rid of stress.
