LOVE

LOVE

what is love ....... a boy and  a girl  in a park sitting on a bench, very close to each other, by seeing them what do you say that, they are in love. 
is it  love...??!! of-course you can say that it's love.....But you can't say  that it is the only love. 

     a mother's love, a father's love, a sister's , a brother's, and a friend's love is also the love
                                                    and it is the actual love

Mother's love

off all the types of love, a mother's love is the strongest, and truly incomparable. it's the purest form of affection...... isn't it??  
when you are in the mother's womb, you are just in the form of blood cell's called  embryo mother starts loving you, she starts talking to you , she's been waiting for you. when you came into this world by seeing you mother's face fill's with loads of happiness, in that moment she will forget all her struggles. She's been keep loving you for entire life of her.


Father's love

a father's love starts when you came into this world, he holds your little fingers and starts teaching you how to walk, he will get tears when you start speaking your first words, he will play with you, he will fight with you, he will be there for you in everyday and night , in every situation he will give you his support and love, protects you like anything. 


Sister's and Brother's love

Those who won't tell you ever that they love's you,but loves from their bottom of the heart.
the best enemies in the home and the best protectors at out. sibling relationships can be tough sometimes but we always understand that we love our brothers and sisters. a brother or sister will plays with you, annoys you, cheat you, complaints on you, but loves you for moon and back.
"A bond between a brother and a sister sometimes tightly woven sometimes loosely held but never BROKEN"


Friend's love

The person who knows about you much more than you knows, and who cares like a mother who protects like a father who annoys like a brother and sister and who will be there for in every happiness and  as well as in hard times. Those monkeys will makes you laugh , makes you cry, makes you understand, makes you to take correct decisions . A friend is the one who can loves you like a mother father brother and sister.

Stress

stress

                         
 well, i am not that poetic but all i can say about stress is "when your mind is thinking lots of things without your permission, angry and sad for no reason"  that meant for stress.

stress is a natural physical and mental reaction to life expericers. Everyone express stress including you and me from time to time.

Anything from everyday responsibilities like work and family to serious life events such as a new diagnosis,war,or the death of a loved one can tigger stress. mmm......its not only comes  up for a very serious reason but even the dandruff on your head can easily make you feel stress, sounds silly but true.

what stress can do??????

Stress can affect your life severely and in many different ways, like stress can affect your physical and mental health. 

while if  you think that stress is something psychological, you are wrong. it has large influence on your body. First of all ,stress frequently leads to muscle tension. which leads to the annoying pains as well as headaches.

Besides the influence on the body, stress can also have an impact on your mind, like worrying. Worrying is a sped-up version of thinking in circles,where you keep getting stuck on the same subject without finding a solution. If this keeps up for a long time, this can introduce depression and burnout.







what do you have to do??????

 Identify whats causing stress,monitor your state of mind throughout the day.If you feel stressed, write down the cause, your thoughts and your mood. Once you know what's bothering you,develop a plan for addressing it.

Build strong relationships with your loved ones, Walk away when you are angry - don't be bother about others mistakes, Do meditation, Dance, Yoga. Then you can get rid of stress.
